Bernie's by Blair

Hi, my name is Blair and this is Bernie’s Bakery🥐. I have been in and out of the kitchen baking with my mom and my grandma (Bernie) since I can remember. As you can see, even at 5 I knew the best part of baking was getting to lick the spoon 👩‍🍳. 

Juan from @thecaracasvt has graciously offered to help me get my feet off the ground this week and finally start doing what I love, baking. Bernie’s is actively producing chocolate-coconut-orange croissants and tres leches. We currently cater events and do made-to-order products. We will continue to expand our flavors and products within the coming months.

And a sepecial shoutout to all the UVM nurses I work with that have continuously been supporting me and encouraging me time and time again! I’m so excited to grow with you all 💕
